  • Due to the nature of luxury handcrafted and pre-order jewelry, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
  • In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact info@etoileeever.com within 7 days of delivery for review.

Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Étoilée Ever™️. We take pride in creating timeless handcrafted jewelry with care and precision. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy before placing an order. Please note that we do not accept any return or refund once you made the purchase, and all sales are final.


1. Shipping Information

  • Carrier: We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Processing Time:
     
    • Ready-to-ship jewelry: 3-6 business days.
    • Pre-order or handcrafted jewelry: Please allow 5-12 weeks for production before shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping timelines are based on USPS estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • International Shipping: We proudly ship a few worldwide locations such as United States, England, , Europe, Australia, Singapore, Switzerland  and  South Korea.
  • Please note:
     
    • Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or local delivery fees.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of luxury handcrafted and made-to-order jewelry, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
  • Please ensure that you review product descriptions, sizes, and customization details carefully before ordering.

3. Order Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@etoileeever.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually, and if eligible, we will work with you to find a suitable solution (replacement, or credit at our discretion).

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by USPS, Étoilée Ever™️ and Etoilee Ever L.L.C. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • If your package goes missing, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
  • We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the delivery.
